A weekly, virtual DBT-informed skills group for adults with ADHD who struggle with procrastination, getting started, following through, and managing overwhelming emotions.

Living with ADHD can feel frustrating, especially when you know what you need to do but can't seem to get started, or when emotions make everyday situations harder to navigate.

This 8-week group focuses on understanding what's keeping you stuck and learning practical DBT skills to manage emotions, work through avoidance, and follow through on the things that matter to you.

Rather than relying on more willpower or another productivity system, we'll focus on understanding your patterns and building skills you can actually use in everyday life.

Lead Facilitator

Kristen Shuler, MSW, LCSW, is the owner and lead therapist at DBT Ozarks and founder of DBT Hub. With over 20 years of experience in Social Work, she specializes in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), emotional regulation, ADHD, and executive functioning challenges.

As both a clinician and a person living with ADHD, Kristen understands that struggles with getting started, following through, and managing big emotions aren't simply about a lack of motivation or willpower. She uses many of the same DBT skills she teaches to navigate executive functioning challenges and emotional overwhelm in her own life.

Kristen brings a practical, down-to-earth approach to teaching DBT, combining clinical expertise, evidence-based strategies, and lived experience to help participants better understand their patterns and build skills that work in everyday life.
