Meet Your Group Facilitator
Hello! I'm Kristen Shuler, a licensed therapist specializing in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and the facilitator of this Co-Parenting Skills Group. As both a therapist and a co-parent, I understand the unique challenges and joys that come with raising children in a collaborative parenting partnership. My goal is to support you in building a cooperative and positive co-parenting relationship through practical DBT skills that can make a meaningful difference for you and your family. Together, we’ll work on communication, emotional regulation, and strategies to foster a peaceful, supportive environment for your children.
