This short, focused DBT group helps you apply practical skills to real-life situations, so you can stay centered, communicate effectively, and protect your peace through the holiday season.

- Seating is very limitedĀ so advanced registration is required
- Tuesdays – Nov 4, 11, 18, and Dec 2
- 6:00-7:30pm at DBT Ozarks
- $50 per session with 4 week commitment
- Must be 18+ to participate
