About the GroupÂ
Â
This group has been running for over 4 years and is based in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, an evidence-based treatment that teaches practical skills for coping with emotions, relationships, distress, and life stressors.
We focus on learning and practicing DBT skills in a supportive, structured environment. Each week includes teaching, discussion, reflection, and real-life application so participants can begin using the skills outside of group.
The group is especially supportive for adults who are neurodivergent, highly sensitive, emotionally intense, or easily overwhelmed by daily life.
