A DBT skills group for highly sensitive adults who want to learn to manage emotions, move toward goals, and create conditions where growth can flourish.

This weekly group combines Dialectical Behavior Therapy skills with therapeutic horticulture practices to help adults better understand emotions, build coping skills, and practice growth in a hands-on, supportive setting.

Whether you feel anxious about therapy, have had negative experiences with counseling, or simply learn best through doing, Plant Therapy Group offers a whole-person approach to emotional growth.

No DBT or plant experience is necessary. No Green Thumb? No problem.

About the Plant Therapy Group

Our Plant Therapy Group blends DBT with Therapeutic Horticulture to support adults who experience big emotions, emotional sensitivity, disconnection, or difficulty staying motivated.

Instead of learning skills through handouts and lectures, this group uses plant-based activities and nature-based metaphors to help participants understand and practice coping skills in a more experiential way.

Each session is designed to support emotional awareness, self-soothing, mindfulness, motivation, and personal growth.

This is not a traditional process group. The focus is on learning, practicing, and applying skills in real life.
