The meditation will be guided by Kristen Shuler, LCSW, facilitator and founder of DBT Ozarks.

Kristen Shuler, LCSW
Guided by Kristen Shuler, Plant Meditation Night blends DBT principles with horticultural therapy to help participants slow down, reconnect with nature, and find calm through mindful awareness.
Kristen earned her Master of Social Work degree from Washburn University and has been practicing for over 20 years. As the owner and Lead Therapist at DBT Ozarks, she specializes in working with adults who experience big emotions.
Basic Info
- Seating is very limited so advanced registration is required
- 6:00-7:30pm, select Sundays at DBT Ozarks
- Plants are provided for the meditation practice
- Bring your own mat, pillows, and blankets or use those available on site
- Bring a journal or drawing pad if you prefer a more reflective or creative meditation experience
- No prior meditation experience needed and beginners are welcome
