Our 8-week DBT Co-Parenting Group provides practical skills and support for parents who are divorced or separated — whether you're co-parenting peacefully or navigating ongoing conflict. This group is designed to help you create a more emotionally supportive environment for your child, regardless of your current relationship with your co-parent.
Grounded in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), the group focuses on improving communication, reducing emotional reactivity, setting healthy boundaries, and strengthening resilience within the co-parenting dynamic.
