Discover a creative, calming way to practice core DBT mindfulness skills through the art of embroidery. Each session includes a brief teaching on DBT mindfulness, followed by guided stitching where embroidery becomes your anchor to the present moment.
This is a sharps-free group: We use safe supplies and soft materials to create an accessible environment, especially welcoming for those in recovery from self-injurious behaviors. No prior experience with DBT or embroidery is needed! This group is designed to be a safe, supportive space to slow down, regulate emotions, and build attention—all while creating something beautiful with your own hands.
