Meet Your Group Facilitator
Hi, I’m Kristen Shuler, LCSW — DBT Therapist & Horticultural Therapy Facilitator. I specialize in supporting adults who identify as neurodivergent, highly sensitive, or easily overstimulated. In this series, I blend DBT skills with horticultural therapy practices so you can connect with calm, build routines, and cultivate growth—both in yourself and in nature. I am a licensed therapist with over 18 years of experience as a Social Worker. Currently, I am a student at the Horticultural Therapy Institute, working to become a Registered Horticultural Therapist.Â
