This therapist skills group is based in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and is a highly effective way to help you cope with emotions.

Meet Your Group Facilitator

Hi, I'm Kristen, a private practice therapist
who enjoys working with highly sensitive adults in a group setting, in order to support growth and healing.

Basic Info

  • 8 week rotation with the option to continue (most request to continue) 

  • group meets online, Fridays from 9:00-10:30am

  • cost per group session is $50 and we do not accept insurance

  • free phone consultation is required before beginning group
