If you're a creative soul who's tired of feeling lonely and disconnected, you’re not alone. Many of us crave real connections and fun outlets, yet finding a safe space can feel impossible. What if you could engage in creative activities that not only spark joy but also connect you with others who truly get it? Welcome to Feel Better class, where doing something fun can help you build community and learn skills to navigate big emotions.
WHO THIS IS FOR
Â
You're scrolling through social media, surrounded by smiling faces and fun activities, but deep down, it just amplifies that gnawing feeling of loneliness. Traditional meetups haven't delivered those genuine connections you long for. Every time you think about stepping out to meet people, self-doubt creeps in. What if you'll feel awkward? What if no one else gets you? It’s exhausting, isn't it?
You might find yourself ruminating about conversations gone wrong or wondering why it’s so hard to forge connections. Your frustration grows as you realize that just putting yourself out there doesn't seem to change anything. You’re looking for something more: a community that appreciates your uniqueness and offers a space to express yourself creatively.
You want to share laughs and connect while engaging in activities that uplift your spirit. But without a starting point, the list of “things to do” cycles through your mind with no real solutions. The fear of rejection looms large, and it feels easier to stay in your comfort zone. Until now.
ABOUT OURÂ CLASSES
Â
Others experience that same weight of loneliness, the anxiety of unexpected social situations, and the longing for deeper connections. After years of helping others as a Dialectical Behavior Therapist and discovering ways to illuminate big feelings through creative expression, I wanted to create a community space for connection.
That’s how the Feel Better class was born—a space designed for you to relax, explore, and engage in fulfilling activities with others who resonate with your journey. It’s less about finished project and more about genuine experiences. You can expect laughter, a little vulnerability, and creativity.
Together, we'll dive into crafts, plants, and creative expression while learning coping skills that not only ease anxious minds but foster a rich environment where friendships can blossom.Â
