About the Facilitator
Kristen Shuler, LCSW, is a DBT therapist, educator, and plant enthusiast who helps therapists bring creativity and grounding into their work. She provides both individual and group-based fidelity DBT therapy and utilizes therapeutic horticulture techniques to adapt learning for neurodivergent clients. She created this workshop for other therapists who want simple, tangible tools for mindfulness and emotional regulation.
