Our trainings integrate Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), ADHD-informed care, Therapeutic Horticulture, and nature-based mindfulness practices. Each workshop is designed to help therapists deepen clinical clarity while expanding their toolbox with structured, evidence-informed interventions that can be used immediately in session.
